Super Bowl Not Super Gut

Superbowl XLVII is just around the corner. Sunday all will see the what will hopefully be the best game of the year. The planning is reaching its conclusion: Beyonce is singing, Ravens are playing aginst the 49ers and the tickets are either bought or ready to be illegally sold. But what about the rest of us who will be sitting at home watching, maybe even having a superbowl party? Really we have an advantage (no bitterness at all). Instead of eating the chips and wholly unhealthy food that comes from being away from home and at the stadium, we can opt for a few less calories and still enjoy what we eat. C. Jackson Examiner has gathered a few great recipes that will have your company replete, content and ready be upset if they are rooting for the 49ers (AFC!!).

Being made with chicken instead of beef will give a nice bit of much needed protein and reduce the level of fat, of course that depends on the type of meat you usually use. Add a little olive oil to kick up the heart health and sit back for the game.
