- 3/4 C Frank's RedHot Wings Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 2.5 lbs chicken wings, cut in half at center joint
Bake wings at 500 F on foil lined pan. Use lowest oven rack. Bake for 25-30 min until crispy, turning once. Mix hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce to coat. Place back in oven for 2 minutes. Serve with blue cheese and celery.
