The Super Bowl has a history of some of the best and worst halftime performance shows in sports history. On Feb. 3, 2013, pop star Beyonce Knowles rocked the New Orleans Mercedes Super Dome in front of a capacity crowd.
In a performance that highlighted the greatest hits from her musical career, Beyonce also included some of her oldest friends when both Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined her on stage in a small reunion of their former sensational group, Destiny's Child.
It was a show that incorporated everything that is great about half time shows in professional sports from glitz and glam to just the right amount of sex appeal as Beyonce once again gained a larger following after a stunning performance.
