Super Bowl creates more work for waiters and bartenders

Kim Hollingbrook is looking forward to Super Bowl 47 with a mix of dread and excitement. She tends bar in Miami and expects a huge crowd at the sports bar she works. "I will get many customers and so expect to make a lot of money before and during the Super Bowl. It should be a fun day but I will have to serve many more demanding customers," said Hollingbrook.

Andy Hanson, the manager of a small sports bar in North Miami expects lot of business. "The Super Bowl is like a national holiday. A lot of people will be here eating and drinking. We expect to make more money during the game. I will have to more people to work," said Hanson.

Bridgett Tomlinson expects to make more in tips during the Super Bowl. She works at a popular sports bar in Miramar. "People always eat and drink more during the Super Bowl," said Tomlinson.
