Since the Baltimore Ravens were not in the Super Bowl, most Baltimoreans were not as hyped up to watch the Giants vs. Patriots, but were more interested in either the halftime performance act or the infamous commercials.
So far, these are the Top Five best 2012 Super Bowl Commercials:
1. Mr. Quiggly the dog featuring Skechers shoes when he moon-walked over the finish line
2. Volkswagen featuring a dog losing weight this year vs. the nod to last year’s Darth Vader kid
3. M&M’s doing the LMFAO ‘Sexy and I Know it” dance
4. The rescue dog named Wego fetching Bud Light when you say Here We Go
5. Teleflora (perfect campaign for Valentine’s Day)
As far as the halftime show featuring Madonna…half think that it was the best show ever and the other half thought it was the worst ever. This might have something to do with being over 40 or under with references to wanting someone more relevant.
