The Super Bowl 2013 match-up is set! The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XLVII two weeks from today, and if you don't know who Jim and John Harbaugh are, you surely will soon.
The Niners beat the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship 28-24, while the Ravens shocked the Patriots 28-13.
San Francisco trailed the Falcons 17-0 early and 24-14 at the half before mounting their comeback win. Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick has played incredibly since he took over for the injured Alex Smith and after only nine career starts, Kaepernick has led San Francisco to the Super Bowl.
The Ravens also won in comeback fashion in the AFC title game. Under head coach Bill Belichick the Patriots were 67-0 when leading at the half. That streak is over as the Ravens trailed 13-7 at halftime, but came back to earn the win.
The Ravens were the longest long-shot on the Las Vegas odds board coming into the 2012-13 NFL playoffs, but with their "us against the world" and "win one for Ray" mentality, Baltimore has knocked off the Colts, Broncos and Patriots and now are one win from an NFL title.
The early Las Vegas line has the San Francisco 49ers -4 and the over/under number set at 46.
Super Bowl XLVII is set to take place Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. EST.
