The Super Bowl took place yesterday and the New York Giants played against the New England Patriots, and the Giants won. Fans and viewers of the big game tuned in not just for the football, but to see singer Madonna take to the stage to perform during halftime.
During halftime, Madonna made quite an entrance onto the field, and the fans were thrilled to see her performing live. The singer performed a few of her hits, including her new song. Nicki Minaj joined Madonna on stage as did Cee Lo Green. Among the songs performed were "Vogue," "Like a Prayer," and others.
Madonna is set to release her new album soon, entitled, MDNA, and the fans are very excited to listen to the new music that she has created. American Idol aired a preview of the video for Madonna's new single which features Nicki Minaj. Fans had been looking forward to Madonna's Super Bowl performance, and they were not disappointed.
