Get your feet wet. A whole new intense focus, core strength and single-pointed concentration. Stand up paddleboarding is the fastest growing sport across the world. It’s like surfing and yoga combined. It’s a good idea to know how to swim before you get involved in classes so you can relax on the water. The class can be challenging increasing the workout by the added weight of pushing the water and balancing your body on the board on the water. Come to class at least 15 minutes earlier.

It’s pure bliss. To be able to practice yoga outdoors is yummifying, to be able to practice yoga on the water is almost heaven. Imagine the sun warming your body in the spring and the gentle sway and fro’ of the water.
