Essential oils and supplements can pick you up in a second or two! Orange oil can blow those dark clouds away! Diffuse it in a cold air diffuser, put a drop or two in water or tea. You can also carefully [if you have sensitive skin, dilute the oil with twice as much plain carrier oil] add a drop to the inside of your elbow. You can also add a drop of lavender or frankincense for an additional boost. Also remember your supplements and vitamins, especially Vitamin A.
If your emotions get the best of you, balance then and ground your feelings with Vetiver and Valor. Valor balances our left and right energies on the electrical, structural and emotional levels.
