Sunset skiing at Aspen/Snowmass

Aspen/Snowmass announces that sunset skiing is returning to Aspen Mountain and Snowmass during Ullr Nights Fridays throughout March on Snowmass, and the Party Under the Stars on March 22 on Aspen Mountain.

On Saturday, March 22, Aspen Mountain will run the Silver Queen Gondola and Ajax Express until 6 p.m. for sunset turns. In addition to top to bottom skiing, the Ruthie's side of the mountain will stay open with access back to the Gondola via Tower 7 Road.

A Party Under the Stars will be held at the Sundeck that evening from 5:30 to 9 p.m., where you can ride the Silver Queen Gondola and enjoy dinner and drink specials, live music by The Goodman Band from Grand Junction and dancing.

Gondola uploading is from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., with the last download at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are available at any Aspen Skiing Company Ticket Office and at the Aspen Mountain Gondola Ticket Office until 8 p.m. the night of the event.

On Snowmass during Ullr Nights Fridays in the month of March (March 14, 21 and 28) both the Elk Camp Gondola and Elk Camp Chair will be open until 7 p.m. for skiing and riding.

Gondola tickets for Ullr Nights and the Party Under the Stars are $10 for non-season pass holders and $5 for season pass holders and children 4-12. The events are free for children 3 and under.
