Sunny skies to end the workweek in Clarksville

High pressure remains over the Clarksville area today bringing sunny skies to the region. Temperatures will continue to warm as the weekend approaches with highs in the middle fifties today, and then in the sixties by the weekend. The sunny skies will be around on Saturday, but the clouds will build back in overnight with scattered showers developing towards the morning on Sunday. The scattered showers will continue through the day Sunday and into Monday as a slow moving cold front makes its way through the region. By the middle of the upcoming workweek, temperatures will cool as sunny skies return on Tuesday, but temperatures will warm back into the sixties to end the upcoming workweek.
