Sunny and pleasant

Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:

Synopsis,
Sunny skies under high pressure will dominate through the holiday weekend. Temps will slowly warm each day with a bit more humidity as well. This will all be a result of high pressure sliding to our East and winds turning Southerly. Eventually a low pressure and it's associated cold front will slip into the region Tuesday bringing our next chance of scattered thunderstorms. By midweek lower humidity and sunshine return as the front moves back South.

Long range:
Sunny and pleasant weather looks to return mid-week next week before warmer and more humid air leads to scattered thunderstorms the following weekend.

The following is the seven day forecast for the Dayton metro area and a 50 mile radius around it. Other metro areas like Columbus, Cincinnati, and Portsmouth are not included. For those areas please request a separate
forecast.
