Sunday gravy at Small Bar Division

Join SmallBar Division for the relaunch of a new weekly tradition: Sunday Gravy.

What is it? It's the stuff that kept Tony Soprano hitched to Carmella: a tomato sauce that simmers all day with an assortment of meat, is skimmed and used for anything from baked ziti to a sauce over spaghetti. It's delicious but a laborious process that only a grandmother might not mind in 2013.

Every Sunday morning, Chef Justin White will start a huge pot of rich, homemade tomato sauce. As the day progresses, he will add chuck roast, house Italian sausage, homemade meatballs and hard boiled eggs. By dinner time, a huge stew and great dinner will be ready for Sunday Gravy guests.
For $30, two guests will receive a 22oz bottle of Pipeworks beer, a huge bowl of Sunday Gravy, housemade pasta, a vegetable side, housemade bread and a dessert to share.

This event takes place on Sundays from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and continues into the Spring.
