Sunday Fundays at Starmont Winery are good reasons to visit Napa

Here’s a good reason to take that trip to Napa you’ve been putting off. On August 17, September 14 and October 12 of this year, Starmont Winery is opening the doors of its Carneros vineyards and courtyard with its new Starmont Sunday Fundays. It’s a fun way to extend a late-morning meal by sipping some mighty fine wines, supping on tasty local foodie favorites and enjoying live music and entertainment in the greater outdoors. Bring the kids and dogs, children can’t drink but there’s plenty of space for them and their furry friends to roam around.

The fun goes (on dates mentioned above) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You’ll be able to linger and samples Starmont wines including single vineyard designates Stanly Ranch Chardonnay and Stanly Ranch Pinot Noir. Wines purchased by-the-glass start at $9, and by-the-bottle, $20. Food is sold a la carte with prices beginning at $7 per item.   • The Hots band plus
  • Paw Bar dog treats and flavored water

October 12 – Starmont’s Harvest is Here Celebration

Starmont Winery and Vineyards was created by the Schlatter family in 2006 a a sister property to Merryvale Vineyards. It is located in a gorgeous area of the Carneros Appellation alongside the historic Stanly Ranch Estate Vineyard – originally owned by Judge Stanly, one of California’s great wine pioneers in the late 1800s.
