The renowned Sundance Film Festival, January 21-31, is spreading across the United States this year. Robert Redford's institute announced today, that 8 cities, other than Park City, Utah, will be entertained with premier screenings, entitled Sundance Film Festival U.S.A.
On the night of January 28, eight directors and their films will be making their way to these eight cities and theatres.

"The concept behind Sundance Film Festival U.S.A. is to ignite dialogue as people across the country engage in a collective film experience", said Robert Redford, Sundance Institute President and Founder of the Sundance Film Festival.
The final selections for the Sundance Film Festival will be made in December, followed shortly by selections for the 8 films and filmmakers traveling to the eight cities.
Tickets will be available through each theatre's individual box office.
