Summertime. Just the name conjures up so many visions — juicy cherries, the perfect watermelon, sand between our toes, the yearly family vacation, bountiful BBQs, hearty clambakes, and the many fabulous things in life the season has to offer. Many of us just don't want it to end either.
My summer has been busy with writing, travel, time to enjoy family, developing some new recipes for the blog — and it’s been fruitful too. I’m working on two new books and just released my first KINDLE cookbook, A Fish In Every Pot.
Here’s the AMAZON write up:
A Fish In Every Pot is here to make preparing fish simple and approachable. Award winning cookbook author, Robyn Webb has written this e-book to be your bible, a blueprint, if you will, for mastering four tried and true cooking techniques applied to six different types of fish. Volumes have been written about fish and that can be part of feeling overwhelmed. A Fish In Every Pot gives you just enough of what you need to know to make preparing fish quick, fun and flavorful. Webb chose the six most common fish in the market today. They are: salmon, tuna, cod, halibut, shrimp, and scallops. These six were chosen as they best represent their category of seafood and can be perfectly cooked using these four techniques: searing, roasting, poaching, and grilling. Learn to prepare fish with these four simple techniques and your confidence will soar!
Please share how you've enjoyed your summer so far (are you looking forward FALL?) and be sure to check out the ecookbook — I think you’ll love it! Here’s the link: www.amazon.com/kindle-store/dp/B00E0O5KIO
