Children 5 to 12 will enjoy Fizz Boom Read, and earn a prize each week after reporting the books read.

Spark is for teens, ages 12 to 19, and in addition to reading there will also be games and contests.

For adult patrons the library is offering Literary Elements, which will feature an exciting Meet the Author Series.

It’s never too soon to introduce books to little ones. Fizz Boom Read offers a program for ages 0 to 4 where parents read to their children. Prizes are given out weekly, after reporting.

The readers will receive recognition by having their names displayed on a chart in the library. Children will be given a sticker for every three chapters or every picture book read, which will be displayed on the chart. There will also be plenty of other incentives throughout the program.

Registration can be done in person, at either of these North Little Rock branches, or online at anytime during the program. The Summer Reading Program will end July 26.
