Can you say "radish relish" ten times fast? This simple recipe for a basic bunch of radishes could also be called a radish slaw or a radish salsa. It is very healthy, light, and super easy if you just throw the ingredients into a food processor. This radish relish recipe makes a nice topping for grilled chicken or fish, or simply treat it like a salsa and use as a refreshing dip for crackers or chips.
This radish relish recipe came about when I had a refrigerator full of fresh organic produce and a little inspiration. Before that I usually ate my radishes straight up with just a bit of butter and salt. I recently experimented with a variation of this radish relish with similar ingredients and it did not turn out quite as well. So for once, I would advise you stick to the recipe.

One bunch of fresh radishes, trimmed of stems and roots
4 celery stalks, trimmed of leaves and white stem
1 large navel orange, peeled well and sectioned

Process all ingredients in food processor or alternatively chop as fine as possible and mix together.
Enjoy! Happy Summer Eating from the Daytona Food Examiner.
