It's finally beginning to feel like spring in New York with all of the beautiful flowers, warmer weather and lighter clothing.

Caravan Stylist Studio continues its long-term lease over at the Carlton Hotel in the Flatiron District. Recently, the lobby was transformed into a fashion show beach party with the launch of My Cabana Boy.

My Cabana Boy is a sunscreen application that makes a trip to the beach or pool much more enjoyable knowing that this unique device helps evenly distribute just the right amount of sunscreen in hard to reach places, so that going out afterwards will be that much more fun and sunburn-free to boot!

Also at Caravan's lobby party at the Carlton, guests enjoyed complimentary manicures by Zoya Nail Polish, hair styling by Sexy Hair and hydration courtesy of Volvic USA.

Friends and family members visiting the NYC area are entitled to a special VIP discount at the Carlton through Caravan with discount code: 55K. When booking online, please use promo code: 55K and receive 15% off of the best available rate Monday-Wednesday and 20% off the best available rate Thursday-Sunday. The Caravan is centrally located and close to some of New York City's best restaurants, art galleries and nightlife.

Spring into summer and visit:

Last night, Hudson Eats celebrated the grand opening of Brookfield Place with delicious cocktails and food tastings from the new food and beverage merchants at 200 Vesey Street.

Favorites included: Blue Ribbon Sushi, Chopt, Little Muenster, Olive's, Dig Inn, Dos Toros, Tartinery, Skinny Pizza and many other spectacularly gastronomic delights!

Chopt served up mini kale salads with goat cheese, Blue Ribbon Sushi had the longest line of all of the food vendors with a crowd savoring the tasty spicy tuna hand rolls and yummy yellowtail and crab options as well.

Dos Toros served up some of the best guacamole in town and the magnificent sunset over the Hudson River was superb.

Brookfield Place also will be hosting some very high-end luxury fashion brands in the next few months.
