Aug 9- Pasadena Beach Summer Festival. Something for everyone of every age: live music, concert, craft vendors, antique cars, carnival booths, moon bounces, pony rides, food and drink vendors and more. We're still looking for volunteers, vendors and entertainers. Free.

Aug 2- 1st Annual Gopher Golf Classic Tournament. On behalf of the Glen BurnieHigh School athletic teams and GBHS Sports Boosters, we are excited to announce the 1st Annual Gopher Golf Classic. The tournament will be held at Compass Pointe Golf Club.

Aug 7 - Aug 30 - Live Music at The Blackwall Hitch in August. Enjoy Great Live Music Every Wednesday through Saturday at The Blackwall Hitch.

Aug 10 - Summer Concert Series at London Town and Gardens. Enjoy a variety of music in our ornamental gardens. Bring your own blankets and chairs. Bring a picnic to enjoy. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought on site but beer, wine and other beverages will be available for sale.

Aug 12 - Sly 45 Live at The Federal House Bar and Grille!. From the blazing guitar licks, to the, “Come to daddy” vocal styling, and the dance-hall rhythms your feet never forget. A night with Sly 45 is all rock and roll ever promised to be with a little bit more volume and a whole lot more fun! Free.

Aug 8 - Aug 17 - The Talent Machine Presents "The Wedding Singer". THE WEDDING SINGER takes us back to a time when hair was big, greed was good, collars were up, and a wedding singer might just be the coolest guy in the room. It's 1985 and rock-star wannabe Robbie Hart is New Jersey's favorite wedding singer. He's the life of the party, until his own fiancée leaves him at the altar. Tickets, $15.

Aug 1 - Aug 22 - ASGT presents "Monty Python's Spamalot". Lovingly ripped off from the 1975 film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot will leave you in stitches. This outrageous and uproarious retelling of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table intertwines the tale of the king's quest for the Holy Grail into another Pythonesque plot: that of bringing the king and his harebrained entourage to an enchanted land called Broadway. Tickets, $20.
