The time has come: the end of the school year is just around the corner. Wondering what to do with the kids to keep them busy and out of trouble, while holding on to your own sanity? Viking Cooking School has several classes available for kids and teens, with something that's sure to appeal to everyone.

Classes can be as short as 2 hours for one day or as long as 3 hours a day for 5 days. It's never to early to encourage your child to develop cooking skills and have fun in the kitchen! Younger children can learn to make salad dressings, pasta sauce, pizza dough, and skills including kitchen safety and sanitation; teens are sure to enjoy classes teaching knife skills, cake decorating, and giving tips from their favorite Food Network tv stars.

Please take note that some classes have age restrictions, and most classes require that closed-toe shoes be worn.
