Whether you’re looking for antiques, contemporary or vintage clothing, jewelry, vinyl records, or artwork, this weekend’s Randolph Street Market Festival has just about everything.
Now in its seventh season, the indoor/outdoor European-style market takes place on the 1350 block of W. Randolph Street one weekend a month between May and September. July’s market is being held today (Saturday, July 24, 2010) and tomorrow (Sunday, July 25, 2010).
With more than 200 vendors, live music, food, and activities, the market is actually several small markets fused together.
There is free trolley transportation to and from the Randolph Street Market Festival from Water Tower Place (835 N. Michigan Ave.) at the top of each hour 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and departing the Market for Water Tower at 30 minute intervals from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday; 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday
Entrances: 1350 block of W. Randolph Street &1340 W. Washington Street (between Ada and Ogden)
Cost: $12, good for both days. $9 when purchased online at randolphstreetmarket.com. $5 admission for students with ID. Children 12 and under free.
