Take the family or make it a date – the Buffalo Museum of Science, located at 1020 Humboldt Pkwy. in Buffalo, is fun for all ages! Here are a few of the events and exhibits taking place in June.

Mummies of the World – now through September 21st featuring interactive and multi-media exhibits plus a collection of real mummies and artifacts from around the world – some mummies date back as far as 4,500 years! Timed tickets for the exhibit are $22 for adults, $21 for seniors (62+) and $18 for children 2 to 17 (must be accompanied by an adult).

Star Lights – Saturday, June 21st from 8 to 11 p.m. This summer wine tasting fundraiser features “out of this world” experiences like rooftop stargazing, entertainment from DJ crew Spooky Business and entrance into the Mummies of the World exhibit. General admission tickets are $40 per person (members save $5).

International Sun Day – Sunday, June 22nd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. You’ll be able to check out the sun through a safely-filtered solar telescope at this worldwide celebration of our nearest star. Admission is included in general museum admission.
