During the holidays, sharing good fortune with others makes the season more joyous. With many families struggling with health issues, economic problems, and life tragedies, a stocking full of generosity can be the highlight of their year. Sullivan's Steakhouse of Naperville is trying to make some children's and family's holidays a little brighter.
This holiday season, Sullivan's Steakhouse of Naperville is supporting The University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital. When a child is admitted to the hospital, it's stressful for the entire family, sometimes leaving the families to forget little necessities. This organization is close to the heart of the restaurant employees.
This holiday season, Sullivan's Steakhouse will be collecting items to fill 50 stockings for the families on Comer 5. The stockings will include gift cards, toiletries, portable coffee mugs, DVDs, snacks, etc. Any direct money donations will be used to purchase parking passes for the families.
Sullivan’s is also holding a toy drive and collecting new, unwrapped toys for the patients. From now – December 20, please visit Sullivan's Steakhouse and drop off donations on Mondays – Saturdays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The final holiday delivery will be made to the hospital on Christmas Eve.
Take a moment and be grateful for all we have this holiday season and share some good fortune with others. Everyone's holiday season can be a little brighter when we support those in neeed.
