St. Patrick's Day brings out the Irish in everyone. Sullivan’s Steakhouse is getting into the Irish spirit by offering a variety of Irish dishes and emerald green drinks.
Chef Cien Cid is celebrating the holiday with a twist on the traditional Irish menu items including:
- Corned Beef Egg Rolls - Shredded corned beef, sauerkraut, smoked gouda cheese and topped with a Dijon Mustard Sauce, $12
- Corned Beef Sliders - Corned beef and sauerkraut topped with swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing served on a rye bun, $12
- Fish Sandwich - Beer battered cod topped with chipotle tartar sauce and served on a marble rye bread, $12
- The Green Knockout - Svedka Clementine Vodka infused with Hawaiian Gold pineapples with a little green for luck, $11
These limited time Irish inspired specials will be available from March 14 through March 17.
