Week 2 of the NASCAR schedule is on tap this Sunday as the Subway Fresh Fit 500 roars into Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale, Arizona. Last week Danica Patrick was all the buzz at the Daytona 500, but in the end it was the living legend Jimmy Johnson who captured the checkered flag.
It could be more of the same this weekend as Johnson has historically done well in the desert. Johnson has four wins and twelve top five finishes in his career at Phoenix International Raceway.
2012 Sprint Cup champ Brad Keselowski looks for his first win of the young 2013 season. Keselowski finished in fourth place last week in Daytona and currently sits in fourth place in the overall Sprint Cup 2013 standings.
If you have a good feeling that Danica Patrick could pull off the win this weekend, this could be your time to place a wager on her in Las Vegas. Patrick comes into the Subway Fresh Fit 500 at +30,000, meaning a $100.00 would get you a whopping $30,000!
Here is my top four boxed finish prediction. (Box meaning in any order, like a horse race)
Johnson, Keselowski, Hamlin, Kenseth
