Subaru pulls stuck Silverado out of mud hole

After being loaded with a bed full of bricks for some routine house maintenance, the Silverado 1500 HD was stuck at the bottom of a hill in a very soggy mud pit. Maxing out the tread depth, the tires were basically free-spinning and completely without traction. Hooking up to a slightly modified Subaru Legacy GT via 50 foot tow strap, the all-wheel drive sedan easily removed the Silverado from not only the mud hole, but pulled it up the hill as well. The gradient of the hill is pretty steep too. It is amazing that this little car could pull such a big truck!

How did the little Subaru manage to pull the behemoth from the clutches of the soggy sod? Thanks to the natural torque of the turbocharged boxer engine, Subaru's symmetrical all-wheel drive was able to fully connect to the pavement and pull the vehicle with ease. Typically it's the other way around; Silverado removes stuck Subaru. However, this time the tables have turned and the Subaru is the one doing the grunt work. Subaru for the win!
