Waking up on Christmas morning has always been filled with anticipation, eagerness and great expectation as I rip open my packages and check out the new Jimmy Choo's peaking out of a box, Calvin Klein Collection amazing pants, Donna Karan's sinful black dress and the ultimate staple Diane von Furstenberg wrap dress.
This year my fashion-cetric ultimate desires are being fulfilled a day early as a new television show, Lives of Style, that has been beating Entertainment Tonight in San Francisco, launches in Los Angeles at 7:30 a.m. on KCAL - 9.
Lives of Style is ripe with inside secrets and behind-the-scenes looks from desginers like Karan, Michael Kors, Mark Badgley and James Mischka, Tommy Hilfiger, Jason Wu and Ralph Rucci.
Intermixed with fashion is performances from Train, The Strokes and Third Eye Blind. But don't miss Christina Aguilera pouring her heart into John Lennon's Imagine.
And then there are the celebrities. Halle Berry, Julianna Margulies, Sofia Vergara speak about their ultimate little black dresses and Eric Stonestreet gets auctioned off for charity. That's only naming a few.
This action packed half-our show keeps me entertained and gets me excited for the last day of shopping before the big day.
