Studio365 app: Manage your own personal radio station from your smartphone

Live365, a longtime provider of personal broadcasting services, today announced the release of their new Studio365 app, a tool that gives subscribers a chance to manage an internet radio station from their iPhone and Android devices.

Once a station is created on the Live365 website, and tracks are uploaded, the Studio app allows broadcasters to start/stop their programming, set station ID messages, check listening stats, plus update their station image and other profile information. Of course, one can monitor their station as well.

Aside from the general ability to control a program from any location, another notable function of the product is the "Shout Out" feature, which provides a somewhat real-time element to the broadcast, by letting a user record a message on their smartphone and play it immediately on their radio stream.

The Studio365 app is currently available for free on both the Google Play App Store and iTunes App Store, but it will only function if you have a Live365 broadcasting package, which costs anywhere between $3.95 and $99 a month.
