Studio 4°C is famous for making short films. One of their most famous works was the short film "Dead Leaves". Most of the company's work is very bizarre, and leaves many either scratching their heads or begging for more.

Their most current project, however, was an Anime short called "Honey Tokyo". This film was made to promote Tokyo's sights to tourists interested in Japanese animation. The Anime is available in eight languages and is hosted on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Welcome to Tokyo" website.

A national government subsidy funded the project, which cost about USD $550,000.
