A student that attends Cabrini College was arrested in connection with a bomb scare in Radnor Township, Pa.
Daniel Bowden, who is 18 years old, was charged with felony charges of terroristic threats and criminal use of a communications facility.
Bowden was also charged with misdemeanor charges of false alarming a public safety agency, reckless endangerment of another person, and harassment.
The charges against Bowden come from an incident Sunday in which he called in a bomb threat to the dormitory he lived in, Woodcrest Hall, which is on the Cabrini College campus.
Two female students answered a wall phone that Bowden called on. Bowden used voice disguises throughout the call. The two female students alerted Radnor Township police, who responded with police and K-9 units from two different municipalities.
A sweep was performed on the building and the threat was found to be unfounded. An unfounded threat can also be considered to be a hoax.
Bowden was arraigned on Tuesday and currently is being held on $5,000 unsecured bail.
