Jordan Drake, an 18-year-old former high school student from Saginaw, Mich., was charged with felony “adulterating a food item” after getting busted for filling a bottle of breath mints with his own semen back in May 2012, and then feeding the stuff to his classmates, The Huffington Post reported on March 19.
Drake pulled the gross prank for laughs; but no-one thought it was very funny.
The local police were notified of Drake's semen prank after one of his unfortunate classmates ate the adulterated breath mints and then reported the crime.
Drake pleaded guilty to the felony in court. The high school honor roll senior was suspended from school just weeks before graduation.
He had enough units to graduate, but was not allowed to participate in commencement ceremonies.
Another result of his folly was that Drake forfeited a scholarship at Michigan State University. He also lost an internship at Dow Chemical Company.
After pleading guilty, the judge could have sentenced Drake to four years of prison time, but opted instead to sentence the bottle filling semen prankster to 18 months of probation, which effectively sealed his records.
If Drake manages to make it through his probation period without any hiccups, his records will remain sealed; and all charges will be dropped.
