More than five million precious lives are put to death in pounds every year. Supporting Forte Animal Rescue is one way you can help to change this tragic reality.
Forte Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to finding solutions for the problem of pet overpopulation through its educational activities, animal adoption efforts, and outreach program. Based in Marina del Rey, CA, Forte was established in 2003. To date, the organization has saved the lives of more than 1,100 dogs.
A 100% no-kill rescue, Forte saves all breeds and mixes, from poodles to pit bulls, with the belief that all animals deserve a chance at life. Forte typically has 30 to 40 animals in its adoption program at any given time. Forte holds ongoing adoption events, where people can meet many of the dogs available for adoption.
In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical expenses for the animals it rescues.
Donations or any support is always greatly appreciated.
Donations can be made online or via regular mail at PO Box 10085, Marina del Rey, CA 90295. The organization is also looking for foster homes for its rescued dogs, along with volunteers to help its adoption events.
To inspire compassion and responsibility for animals, in addition to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding homes for companion animals.
•After years of work in animal rescue, they established this unique organization to function as a “hub” for people and the rescue community to help each other. Forte Animal Rescue believes this is necessary in helping the rescue community to achieve its common goals of saving the lives of as many animals as possible.
•Stop people from taking their animals to the pound through our Outreach Program by advising them of possible solutions, introducing them to appropriate trainers for their specific problems, or assisting them in finding new homes for their pets through the Adoption Program.
Have an amazing evening with your best friend...so much fun!
