Examiner.com has learned that Strikeforce will hold an MMA event in the Kent ShoWare Center later this summer. The Strikeforce Challenger Series has been in the Seattle area twice before with events in Kent in May of 2009 and in Everett in July of 2010. The overwhelming success of the UFC in Seattle this year has shown that the Pacific Northwest is ripe for MMA events.
So far only local fighter Caros Fodor is confirmed to be fighting against James Terry. Other fights will be announced shortly.
