Thursday June 5, 2014: The sweetness of yesterday lingers, easing you into a day of refining, analyzing, organizing and making "it" right or perfect. You're grounded, empowered and ready to push forward. But, push forward with or to what? Think back to the New Moon on May 28th. Today's the day you cross your first hurtle related to something that began at that time.

So... get down to business, focus on the task at hand, stretch, grow and create some momentum.

Just keep in mind that nothing is perfect and often the world inside your head is far more chaotic than the world outside of it, yet you do have immense power to calm your inner world if you'll remember to just breathe. So, as evening draws near, sit back and relax... calm and sooth both mind and body by breathing in slowly and deeply, and then holding that breath briefly before exhaling.
