Stress Equals Weight Gain

There are several ways in which stress can contribute to weight gain. It could be you are too stressed because of constant, crazy demands at your work or family life. To answer this need, we experience a burst of energy, shifts in metabolism and blood flow, and other changes. When feeling stressed we tend to over eat and not exercise. The amount of stress you are under plays a big part in weight gain, so lower your over all stress and your chances of lowering your weight greatly improve.
