Street Cat Rescue has Austin Angels

Donna Powell, founder of Street Cat Rescue, refers to the felines she cares for as “Austin Angels”. She has featured over 40 angels in a YouTube video all who are seeking to become new family members.

Listed below are just a few of the many loving felines you can adopt this week.

Allie has a sweet disposition who loves attention and to be pet. She can be a tiny bit shy with strangers but quickly warms up.

AppleJack has gorgeous coloring and the most luminous green eyes!!  He's a little shy at first but quickly warms up ready to play and purr.

Black Magic loves his Star chaser toy and will wake you up every morning with a pathetic meow that barely comes out letting you know he wants to eat. He loves to sleep by your side.

Dolly was one of many rescued from a hoarding situation. It was difficult to tell which kittens belonged together as siblings. She and Tasha have a special bond with one another. Dolly is very playful and inquisitive with a loud purr. Tasha is a very curious cat. Little “Tuxies” are wonderful family pet members.  A special two-for-one adoption fee would apply when Dolly and Tasha are adopted together.

Princess "P" is a beautiful, short-haired diluted Calico. She is petite and very affectionate!

Tommy will melt your heart as the orange and white boys always do!

Raphael is a gorgeous Maine Coon Tabby and is one cool kitty. He’s very laid back and loves to hang out with you. Rolling on his back often, he teases you for belly rubs but doesn’t quite let you when you try. He requires time to get acclimated to his new surroundings. He loves to play with toys, especially anything that rattles or makes noise. He’s very curious, and will explore every nook and cranny of his new home.

Tinkerbelle is a Torti-point Siamese with pretty blue eyes. She is a little shy yet playful and purrs often. Her sister is Tortilini and the two get along very well.

You can contact Donna by email or phone at (512) 762-3597 to make an appointment for a meet and greet with these loving furry creatures.
