Stray German Shepherd in Phoenix close to death: needs rescue

A male black and white German Shepherd mix may be euthanized today at 5:00pm just for being a stray. The dog is approximate two years old and is currently in the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) West in Phoenix, Arizona. The details on this dog are as follows:
