This is another way of the community working together to give children of Lancaster an enjoyment of storytelling and to encourage reading. Story time is held in the Children’s section of the Lancaster library and led by the librarians. Visit the Children’s section for the joy of stories.

Lancaster’s Stay-at-home moms, have wonderful opportunities to bring their children out for a fun and educational time within their community. Mothers may also sit with their children and enjoy a story themselves, read material of their own interest or catch-up on personal work at a near-by table; the choice is theirs.
In brief, story time is always wonderful to attend. To see the excitement of children as they explore various worlds through story telling. Stay-at-home mothers may explore various worlds too, if they let their imaginations run wild.
