Stolen iPad pictures turn unknown woman into viral sensation online

A man who accidentally left his iPad on a flight received quite the surprise when goofy photos started showing up on his other Apple devices thanks to his iCloud account. The stolen iPad pictures have gone viral online, because the owner of the iPad has been posting the photos on his Facebook page and now websites have picked them up. The Inquisitr shared the latest details on March 15.

Allen Engstrom says he accidentally left the iPad on the plane after a flight to Denver. He thought it was gone forever, and then a picture of a woman making a goofy face popped up on devices at the Engstrom home. Now nearly a dozen stolen iPad pictures have popped up via the iCloud account, and a lot of people are getting laughs at the woman's expense. There is no way to know yet if the woman was involved in taking the iPad, but it seems likely she might know who did take it.

Engstrom is posting the photos online in hopes that someone will recognize the woman and he can get the iPad returned. Will his strategy work? That much remains to be seen, but the stolen iPad pictures are getting people buzzing in the meantime.
