STK, the sultry steakhouse inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas celebrated its 3 year anniversary on Monday night, June 2 with a “Vintage Vegas Affair” hosted by PIN UP star, Claire Sinclair. Guests were transported back in time to the glitz and the glamour of old-school as STK recreated the swagger of retro Vegas.

Reminiscent of a Vegas time-capsuled casino, the venue was filled with table games, Vegas showgirls and a life-size martini glass complete with a burlesque performer.

Guests were treated to an assortment of passed appetizers including caviar-deviled eggs, bacon wrapped dates, crab stuffed mushrooms, crispy prawns, smoked salmon and tuna tartar by Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft while enjoying a Moet Hennessey sponsored bar with Veuve Clicquot and Belvedere handcrafted cocktails. DJ Mike Attack provided the music for the event.

Celebrity attendees that walked down the red carpet and through the velvet ropes included, Zowie Bowie's Chris Phillips and violinist Lydia Ansel, Carrot Top, Chef Sammy D, and celebrity impressionist Sean B.
