2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1-2 lbs. of chicken breasts, thawed
Green Pepper (1 cup, chopped) Red or white onion (1 cup, chopped)
1 package of Concord Food's Roasted Potato Seasoning Mix (willl use 1-2 tablespoons)
Cut chicken into strips. Put oil in pan. Add chicken strips, cooking over a medium setting - turning
chicken as needed. Halfway through, cover for 3-5 minutes. Remove pan top. Add green pepper, onion, and 1-2 tablespoons of Concord Food's Roasted Potato Seasoning Mix. (www.concordfoods.com) Stir. Continue cooking until onion and green pepper are soft. This chicken works well with everything from rice to potato as a side dish.
