If you do not see the results that you are looking for weight loss wise, when you look at the calendar and see that you did not workout as often as you had planned, it is easier to see why.

- Find something fun to do. Maybe you are more social – how about a team sport, like tennis? Involve some friends and make it a social gathering. Incorporating something active in your daily routine that doesn’t feel like work, makes getting healthy something that you do to celebrate your wellness, rather than work to lose weight.

font-family:"Times New Roman";}Change it up. Getting bored is one of the main reasons why people stop working out. Make it a goal to try one new thing each month – a new class, a new sport, a new activity, so that you are always changing it up. This is also wonderful for your muscles. Over time your muscles get really used to doing the same exercise over and over again. This makes them super efficient at that exercise. Good for them, Bad for your weight loss goals. Changing your routine up keeps your muscles burning at the max and speeds up weight loss.
