Stewards of Children training scheduled for this Saturday

District Attorney Jack Browning has announced that he will be assisting community leaders in presenting the Stewards of Children Darkness to Light training in Polk County.

This training offers an opportunity for adults to join the movement to prevent, recognize and appropriately respond to child sexual abuse.

Stewards of Children is a 2-hour, evidence-informed training program that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. The program is designed for parents, youth serving organizations, and other concerned individuals

The next session will be held at Victory Baptist Church, located at 15 Hendrix Road in Rockmart on Saturday, March 15 at 10 a.m.
