Saturday night, CEOSteveJobs twittered out that a possible iPhone 4 recall is likely. Jobs message read: “We may have to recall the new iPhone. This I did not expect.” The parody Twitter account has created a buzz Sunday because of the recent number of complaints about the new device.
The new iPhone 4 just released this week has had numerous complaints from customers about the poor reception the phone has, and some hardware problems.
Friday morning, Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO sent out an email to respond to various complaints about the iPhone 4 reception. Customers complained that if they held the phone by its metal edges the reception didn’t work as well. Steve Jobs has responded to some customers by email, and Friday his frustration was showing when he replied that users shouldn't hold their phone that way. Sunday morning, Alan Harton from Apex News Network wrote that an iPhone 4 recall is likely because of the problems users are having with the device. Harton said it may be as easy as giving users a $30 bumper to make the iPhone 4 work correctly.
Sunday morning, in what is apparently meant as a joke CEOSteveJobs Twitter account sent out this twitter message: “iPhone 4: reinventing the way you hold your phone, again.”
