Steve Harvey had a bit of a breakdown on his daytime talk show this week. The comedian, known for his self-titled TV show and recently as a game show host on “Family Feud,” got choked up when a special guest appeared on his show.
Opening the segment by saying, “okay, this is a surprise,” Steve then took a phone call on the show.

“I just have one question,” the voice on the other end of the phone said to Harvey.
“Do you still love me, baby?” the voiced then asked.
No, it’s not a jilted ex-lover or anything you might see on “Maury.” Instead, Steve was reunited with a man who helped get him through some tough times when he was in his late twenties and just beginning his comedy career.
“I was twenty six years old, struggling. I didn’t have nothing and these people owned a furniture store in Cleveland. They took me in and gave me a contract with my little carpet cleaning company. When I became a comedian at 27, I didn’t have money to travel. They gave me an account at their travel agency and I ran up a bill that was $11,000 just traveling and try to make it. Those people right there, they helped me out!”
