The iPad was just announced this week by Steve Jobs and won’t be available to the general public for at least a month, so the fact that Stephen Colbert pulled one out shocked everyone. The internet buzz on this story is hot because it just happened tonight and because the iPad has been hard to find. The iPad has been the butt of many jokes this week, mainly stemming from the name.
