Steenkamp met her ex: Oscar Pistorius is charged with the murder of Reeva Steenkamp, but what is now being revealed in a new documentary is that Steenkamp may have met her ex-boyfriend just days prior to being killed.
In a new BBC documentary entitled '”Oscar Pistorius…What really Happened,” Steenkamp’s now ex-boyfriend Warren Lahoud claims that he not only saw Steenkamp days before she was killed, but that Pistorius actually interrupted their get together.
In fact, according to Lahoud, Pistorius phoned Steenkamp while she and Lahoud were together.
“I said is everything ok,” says Lahoud in the documentary. ‘I mean he’s phoned twice already, every twenty minutes’. I asked her that question. She said "there’s nothing wrong".'
The new details coming to light reinforce beliefs by some that Pistorius may have been mentally “broken” or that he may have been upset over who Steenkamp was seeing or talking to.
Pistorius is being charged with killing Reeva Steenkamp on Valentines Day. She was just 29-years-old and was shot through the bathroom door.
