The Stearns Minutemen boys basketball team made a statement eight days ago when they defeated Lee Academy 45-31.
The two teams will meet up again Tuesday evening at Lee Academy.
Stearns (8-2) currently sits fifth in the MPA class C boys heal point standings. Lee (7-3) is fourth in the current class C standings.
The Minutemen have won six straight games since losing to Houlton 69-47 on December 20th. Stearns will get another chance at the top seeded Shirtowners on Thursday evening.
The MCI Huskies boys basketball team will go for their fourth straight victory when they travel to Gardiner for a contest against the Tigers.
Hermon (5-5) will host John Bapst (3-6) in a class B boys basketball clash starting at 7 p.m. You can hear the game live on 620 AM or online at zoneradio.com
Old Town (8-3) will host MDI (7-2) at 7 pm. in a game that will have plenty of class B heal points that will go to the winner.
