While not everyone can be the "bitchy" star of The Hills, now anyone can steal the secrets behind Kristin Cavallari's hot bikini body.
The self-proclaimed "bad girl" of the show, Cavallari has been showing off more than her wit, flexing sleek arms and a svelte figure on the hit new run of the series.
Cavallari keeps a clean diet and when she hits the gym, she stays focused by working her largest muscle groups to save time and maximize post-workout calorie burn.
"I try to mix it up 'cause I get bored really easily," Cavallari told E! News. "So I'll do Pilates some days then I'll hit the treadmill and do, like, weights. But I have to change it up."
For her slim and trim legs, Cavallari amps up the reps and keeps the weight light.
In addition to her craving to keep things always changing for her body, Kristin revealed to Examiner.com's NY Beauty Secrets Examiner Gabrielle Long that she does yoga to get her "perfect" body.
"I try to do yoga 2-3 times a week, I do 'hot yoga'," says the Laguna beach babe.
"It’s where you go in a room for an hour and a half, and the room is 110 degree. It’s very hard, but it’s a very good workout. The days I don’t do that, I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do light weights. I work out 4 to 5 days a week," she says.
Kristin also says she tries to keep her diet clean, even if that means snacking through a busy schedule.
"For snacks, rolled up turkey and low fat cheese," she says. "Also, I always have some sort of balance bar or kashi bar in my purse in case there isn’t healthy food."
